WILLIAM GREINER

William (Bill) Greiner

US Air Force Veteran

Mr. William (Bill) Greiner, age 63, of New Castle, DE, died on Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at Heartland Hospice House in Wilmington, DE.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on March 3, 1944, Mr. Greiner was a son of the late William and Stephanie Greiner. He enlisted in the US Air Force where he completed his education and served in the Vietnam War. He retired from military service with the rank of Master Sergeant and later accepted a position with the US Postal Service, where he retired as a supervisor after a 21-year career. Mr. Greiner was an avid sportsman; target shooting and fishing were two of his favorite hobbies. He was an active member of VFW Colonial Post 838, Moose Lodge 1578, Disabled American Veterans, and Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 83. Most of all, he was a devoted family man and enjoyed spending time with his beloved grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Carol Goodwin Greiner; son, Tony Greiner and his fiancée, Jennifer Linso, of New Castle, DE; daughter, Karen George and husband, Chuck, of New Castle, DE; brother, Fred Greiner and wife, Regina, of Long Island, NY; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Dale and Deborah Lester of New Castle, DE; Larry Lester of Claymont, DE; and Jeremy and Amanda Salyer of Slanesville, WV; grandchildren, Andrew and Jamie George; 3 nephews and 2 nieces; and his pet Standard Poodle, March.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm on Monday, November 19, 2007, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where friends may call after 10:30 pm. Interment with military honors will follow in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Heartland Hospice House, c/o 261 Chapman Rd., Ste. 100, Newark, DE 19702.

HENRY KEMP

Henry J. Kemp, Sr.

Mr. Henry J. Kemp, Sr. ("Pop Pop"), age 86, of New Castle, DE, died on Thursday, November 8, 2007, at Brandywine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by his beloved family.

Born in Cheswold, DE on April 4, 1921, son of the late Brice Kemp and Josephine Ford Kemp, Mr. Kemp proudly served his country in the US Army during World War II. He was employed with the former H.M. Paschall & Sons in Edgemoor, DE, retiring as a foreman after over 45 years of service.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Margaret B. Fleetwood Kemp; 6 children, Jimmy Kemp and wife, Cheryl, of Elkton, MD; Rebecca Wetherall and husband, Ken, of Milford, DE; Phyllis Adams and husband, Ron, of New Castle, DE; Steven C. Kemp of New Castle, DE; Janet L. Kemp of Dover, DE; and William B. Kemp and wife, Karen, of Hartly, DE; his sister, Ethel Helfrick of San Jose, CA; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff of Brandywine Nursing Center for their love and devotion to Henry during the time they cared for him and for the remarkable compassion they gave to his family. The family also thanks the nurses and staff of Compassionate Care Hospice, who came in a time of need and treated everyone with love and compassion.

Friends may call 6-8 pm on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE. A funeral service will be held at

11 am on Friday, November 16, 2007 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE.

died: Aug. 14, 2006

she will be missed and was loved very much.

I got the call a couple of hours ago from my mom...she said that tests showed that ashleighs kidneys had shutdown and she couldn't even really stand up, she stopped eating and drinkin...they people there also said she had that look in her eyes. My mom didn't want to tell me over the phone but she had no other option. I hate this part of life when childhiid friends and companions die. I loved her very much...and I did get to see her last night. I gotta get thank you to anyone who prayed for my baby girl.

I'm sorry if I am now just posting this but I've not really had time with moving and all to get on here...at work I had a few seconds to send emails and all but yea.

Saturday was the last show...and last night we had a drink out.
Sometimes I wonder why people are the way they are, to let things like this happen. but then I just get tired and more upset because that's I guess just how I am.

bobby'll be at 814 till wednesday I believe in case anyone might want to drop by and see him or take a few moments and reflect on the memories that club holds.

I got the call friday night AT work, boi was I upset and saturday still couldn't handle it...DJ-ing for the last time in my booth. walking down that grrr flight of stairs...takin bobby home after a night at the bar.
just people don't realize what they had till it's gone...now I wonder how many people will realize how much they looked to going to 814 to have/see/or be in a show.

*shakes head*
I'll miss this club so much...it was my third home and now it's gone. I might start playin the lottery cuz hell if I won even just $1 million I'd buy that club back in a heart beat. Shit. grrr
I have to go now cuz I gotta deal with some odds and ends. I have a show aug 26th and I am going to still try and have it I'll keep people informed either way.

oh and...I've moved out of my parents house for the first time ever in my life...This past week has been so emotionallly filled for me I'm exhausted. We've got two new additions to our lil family...a tan kitten named Charlie *andi's bday present* and a black kitten with white paws/belly named Jo-jo *my kitty*. our four baby turtles are still gettin used to all these crazy animals here. but they're doin great too.

and today Andi and I celebrate our 7 MONTH ANNIVERSARY
crazy how time flies huh. I love you baby!!
anywho I really need to get going now. got to go to the office and fill out paper work and take the ac unit we have back to my parents house and go to work...grrr lmao and I thought I could sleep in today...nope.
